Complaint System


Those of us who work for ALPS and its affiliated companies are committed to maintaining and protecting high standards of business conduct and integrity in all our interactions.

Therefore, as part of its compliance program, ALPS provides a Whistleblower Channel to its employees, managers, directors, as well as third parties (customers, suppliers, contractors and/or shareholders). This is a mechanism for the reception, management and monitoring of complaints related to behaviors that may violate internal rules or the law.

The Whistleblower Channel is a tool that the Company provides to improve our work, so we ask you to use it responsibly and in good faith.
